Mr Ahmed introduced himself on my arrival at Mayflower Ward and was both welcoming and informative. The procedure was carried out with great care and throughout he made sure that I was aware of what was taking place and was not in any great discomfort. A faultless service throughout which was made all the better by Mr Ahmed's excellent skills in communication and surgery.

Dr Ahmed & his team were extremely good in all aspects of my treatment at Broomfield Hospital on Saturday 19th May. Dealt with my queries very patiently & fully. When I explained that I could not come back for a post-op check next Saturday, 27th May, took care to explain how I should seek a follow-up with a surgery / hospital here in Exeter instead, & also how I would get a recall in 4-5 weeks with him once he has the results of the tests on the lump he removed behind my left ear. Cannot fault the professionalism of all the staff involved both inside & outside the theatre, who were at all times careful to check my wellbeing in a warm & friendly manner. Although I have increasing aches & pain in & around the area of his incisions, due to the inevitable bruising, I have not had to resort to excessive amount of painkillers, which presumably are a tribute to his expertise.
